Tuesday Spotlight: Everything Lavender
Share
Welcome to Tuesday, dear reader. Let me begin by saying this weather is ridiculous! I am sitting here watching it snow after waking up to 60-degree temperatures yesterday morning. This up and down with the temps is hard on my geriatric girls, well, all the animals, and me, included. Come on, Mother Nature, take a Xanax and get out of your mood. Sigh. Anyhow, I had to lament, but now we can go on to our weekly special.
This week, the spotlight is shining on our lavender products: Lavender soap, Lavender and Oatmeal soap, and Lavender moisturizer. Lavender is one of my favorite scents. I love the mellow, floral scent that evokes calm, serenity, and the classic scent of nostalgia. I have shared before that I love the scent of lavender, but I also enjoy lavender tea, lavender in food, and lavender around my home. There are so many benefits, from the gentle calming of the nervous system, to the aid in sleep, to a pest deterrent; lavender is so beneficial.
In skincare, lavender has been used for centuries to calm inflammation, aid healing, and address skin issues such as dry skin, acne, and eczema. We now know that those who came before us really knew a thing or two about the benefits of lavender for the skin and how to use it effectively. Lavender is one of my go-to soaps for many reasons. I love how moisturizing it is. When paired with our goat's milk and the skin-loving oils we use to make our products, lavender really does help my skin.
This week, save 25% on our Lavender soap, Lavender and Oatmeal soap, and Lavender moisturizer. No promo code is ever needed to save on the weekly special. The savings will be automatically applied at checkout. A gentle reminder that all orders of $50 or more ship for free. Now is a great time to stock up on a favorite, try something new, or purchase an affordable gift. Perhaps Mother Nature needs a bar and jar to help calm her a$$ down and put her in a good mood!
On this snowy St. Patrick's Day, stay safe, be smart, enjoy the savings, and keep washing your hands.
