Our Tuesday Spotlight is shining on a variety of our Milk and Honey products. This week, our half-off special is Milk and Honey, Milk, Honey and Oatmeal, and Honey Yogurt Bee Bar. The milk and honey scent is one of our most popular scents. It is a soft, sweet scent that is not too overpowering. When layered with our Milk and Honey Moisturizer, this lovely scent will be with you all day.
Our Milk and Honey bar is pure, simple goodness. We use local raw honey, our fresh raw goat's milk, with skin-loving oils to create a gentle, nourishing bar. We achieve the look of honeycomb by impressing bubble wrap into our freshly poured loaves of soap. Of course, everything is better with glitter, so we top it off with a spritz of gold bio-glitter.
The Milk, Honey, and Oatmeal bar follows the same simple footprint with the addition of freshly ground oatmeal. The addition of oatmeal serves several purposes. First, oatmeal acts as a gentle exfoliant. Gentle exfoliation is fantastic for all skin but is exceptional for those with overly dry skin. Secondly, oatmeal helps to ease dry, itchy skin. Lastly, oatmeal is nourishing and soothing for those with skin issues. I recommend oatmeal to anyone who has overly dry skin, suffers from eczema, or has a topical rash such as poison ivy.
Last but not least, our Honey Yogurt Bee Bar is a luxurious natural bar incorporating our pure, simple recipe, raw honey, and handmade goat's milk yogurt. I learned how to make homemade yogurt specifically for use in this soap. There was definitely a learning curve involved, but once I got the hang of it, it was a beautiful addition, and I'm happy I did it. This bar has an exceptional lather and is very moisturizing.
Any one of these soaps paired with our decadent moisturizer will take your skin to the next level. This is my go-to soap for gifting because I believe the scent is not gender specific, it's somewhat neutral as far as scents go, and it is rich, warm, and inviting.
