Tuesday Spotlight: Masculine Scents

Today’s spotlight is on everything we consider masculine. With Father’s Day upcoming, it only fits we spotlight our masculine products. I say masculine, but everyone can use them. They are not gender specific. Creating scents that appeal to everyone is a challenge. I feel I am strong in creating floral and sweet blends but fall short with more masculine, earthy aromas. For each masculine scent that is made, a lot of time, effort, second-guessing, and error are involved.

Take, for example, The Woodsman. My dear friend, Beth Cateau, helped me blend and create this scent. We worked for weeks to get it just right. Whenever we thought we were close, The Bean would sniff it and say, “You’re close, but something is missing.” Finally, we earned The Bean’s stamp of approval, and The Woodsman was released.

The most effortless blend was The Manly Man. The combination of musk, amber, sandalwood, and patchouli was a no-brainer. It smelled amazing, kind of sexy, and very earthy. The Bibbed Wonder liked it from the start, which is a good sign.

Our underrated favorite is Orange Sandalwood. I love this scent and often use it myself. It is soft, mildly earthy, and a bit sexy. It smells divine, and I never tire of this scent.

Orange, Clove, and Cinnamon is another scent blend popular with the testosterone-driven crowd. It is warm, spicy, earthy, and natural. I prefer this scent in the fall and winter months. It reminds me of pomanders created at Christmas time.

These delightful scents and our Manly Man liquid body wash are on special this week. It is an excellent time to stock up on a favorite, try something new, or purchase an affordable gift. No promo code is needed, and savings will be applied at checkout.

Stay safe, be smart, enjoy the savings, and keep washing your hands on this overcast day.
