Tuesday Spotlight: Tea Tree & Eucalyptus

Today's spotlight shines on the Tea Tree & Eucalyptus soap. My go-to soap is Tea Tree & Eucalyptus when we have a cold. Can a soap cure a common cold? The answer is no. Of course, frequently washing your hands is the best defense against any germs or bacteria. However, the tea tree and eucalyptus oils work great in the shower for helping to unclog a stuffy nose and make breathing a bit more comfortable. The menthol-like scent works similarly to a popular vapor rub.

Not only does the scent combination work great in the shower, but both tea tree and Eucalyptus oils are believed to have anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. Tea Tree oil is top-rated in the homeopathic community for this reason. When my favorite people don’t feel well, I combine both traditional medicine and homeopathic practices to make them feel better. Not only do we visit our doctor, but I push hot soup, warm tea, plenty of fluids, vitamin C, and tea tree & eucalyptus soap.

We should all be doing more hand washing, especially considering the state of things. Washing one’s hands with a natural, gentle soap will combat germs and combat dry skin. For these reasons, I have chosen the Tea Tree & Eucalyptus soap for this week’s spotlight. As always, the weekly spotlight is half off on the website for the week. Now is a great time to stock up, have a bar on hand, especially if you have school-age children, or make a get-well care package for someone who needs a little TLC.

Dear reader, stay safe, be smart, and remember to wash your hands frequently. Handwashing is the best defense against germs.
