Celebrate Fall On The Farm in Brookville, Pa

This weekend, I will return to Brookville, the little town where I lived for almost two decades and where I taught school. There is an event called Celebrating Fall On The Farm at 4645-PA 28 Brookville, Pa.

It is a small family farm, and they host an event much like our farm events. There are a variety of artisans and vendors. There are also food trucks and beautiful scenery to enjoy.

I love supporting small family farms. It was a no-brainer that I would attend this event to support this small family farm as well as, hopefully, broaden our audience and soap family base. Miss Morgan and I will be in Brookville both Saturday and Sunday this weekend from 10-5. The weather is supposed to be beautiful. I am looking forward to hopefully seeing some friendly and familiar faces. I have kept in touch with several of my former students and am also friends with quite a few on Facebook. I love seeing “my kids” thriving, living fulfilling, productive lives, and many have families of their own. It will be good to see some of my former students in person.

If you are looking for something fall-ish and fun to do this weekend, I suggest either The Ligonier Country Market or Celebrate Fall On The Farm in Brookville. Brookville is a beautiful historical little town just miles from the Allegheny National Forest. It is a lovely drive, and the town is filled with antique shops and little stores. It should be a lovely weekend to attend a market, support locals, and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

On this beautiful September day, stay safe, be smart, do something fun this weekend, and keep washing your hands.
