A portion of The Wall of Fame
I have repeatedly stated how amazing our soap family is and how grateful I am for the beautiful people who have come into my life because of soap. Today, I will focus upon just a few examples of the goodness, positivity, and support that are brought into our world through you, our soap family. The Bibbed Wonder and I discuss how wonderful people are to us, how supportive people are to our little endeavor, and the amount of positivity brought to us through people who love our products. We also discuss how fortunate we are with our interactions with people. Often when working with the public, one experiences less than desirable situations. We have had very few "stinkers" in our four years as a business. For that, we are truly grateful.
My blog is very personal, often I feel like it is filled with way too much information, but it is honest and accurate from my perspective. There are times I feel as though I am blathering on, and it makes no difference and has little impact. Usually, when I feel this way, one of my beloved readers reaches out to me at just the right time and thanks me for sharing, offering insight, or sharing an anecdote relevant to my experience. Whether it is a short message of thanks, an email filled with wisdom, or a little nudge to keep going, it means the world to me, and I thank you all for your time and care.
So many of my soap family members have encircled my bean with admiration, care, and support it is overwhelming. Some individuals come to market with the intent of seeing and talking with The Bean. Many admire her knowledge, skill, and charming personality and stop in to say hello and see how she has grown in the months absent from the market. So many have taken the time to send her little gifts of appreciation and encouragement or picked up the ball when I have dropped it. If you love my child and take the time to show your care and concern for her, you have moved into the realm of family. They say it takes a village and what a beautiful village we have built. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
The beautiful cards, messages, and little care packages we have received over the years are genuinely heartwarming. I hang all the cards, pictures, and notes on the backsplash in the studio. There are words of encouragement, thanks, and validation for what we do in my sightline when I measure ingredients. We call it our Wall of Fame, and it always makes me smile. It is getting quite full, and I plan to move it to the wall that occupied The Beans cyber school area. How lovely is it to have to expand a wall of thanks, gratitude, and care? You all seriously rock.
Today I am feeling particularly blessed and grateful. This feeling is created by the goodness and positivity that I experience interacting with you, my soap family. Thank you all for your love, kindness, and support throughout this little journey. We love what we do, and we love where we do it, but it is you who make it all worthwhile. I hope that will always be a constant. We appreciate you and all you do for us.
