The sense of smell is closely linked with memory, probably more so than any of our other senses. Those with full olfactory function may be able to think of scents that evoke particular memories, the scent of fresh-cut grass reminding us of a summer day from our childhood, for example. Almond and Milk is a scent that reminds me of my childhood and my grandmother. She wore a lotion in the late 70's-early '80s that smelled like almond oil. I can remember her putting it on after her shower on Sunday mornings while getting ready to go to Sunday school. This scent brings me comfort and happiness.
Our Tuesday Spotlight is shining upon our soap and moisturizer, Almond and Milk. This is one of our most popular scents, and for a good reason. Not only does it smell delicious, but it is moisturizing and creamy as well. The scent is sweet and mild but lasts for hours. It is the comfort food of the soap world.
As always, the Tuesday Spotlight is on sale for half off this week. Please go to our site to enjoy the savings. Remember, dear reader, to stay safe, stay smart, enjoy the savings and wash your hands.
